Two Ways to Connect from Off-Campus

Some UC Davis Library resources are limited to the university network, such as paid journal and newspaper subscriptions, library databases, streaming media services, and educational and clinical apps. There are two possible ways to access these licensed resources while off campus.

Single Sign-On

Some (not all) vendors support single sign-on to allow you access to their journals, videos and other resources using your UC Davis Kerberos (CAS) login ID and password.

The library VPN allows you to create a secure connection to the university’s network to provide you direct access to all of the library’s materials while off campus.
